15 YEARS OF ZINKE. 🤍

Fifteen years ago, my mom and I opened the doors to Zinke Hair Studio in Boulder, Colorado.

We had a dream, a lot of passion, and absolutely no idea just how far that little salon would take us.

One salon became three.
A small team became a Zinke family.
And along the way, we’ve learned so much, grown together, and grown as people ourselves.

When we look back, what we’re most grateful for is the people — our team, our guests, and our community who have made Zinke what it is today.

Innergize ✨ Florida leadership edition.

A few days surrounded by some seriously inspiring people, big ideas, and a glimpse into where our industry is headed.

We got a look at some wildly exciting AI advancements and new ways technology can help us modernize our business — not to take the human out of what we do, but to give our people better tools, simplify the things that slow us down, and create an even better experience for our guests.

Came home with a notebook full of ideas and a whole lot of excitement for what’s ahead. 🤍🚀

Kara joined our training program and has taken every piece of education, feedback, and coaching we’ve given her and put it into action immediately. Today she absolutely crushed her foil placements, showing the kind of growth that comes from hard work, consistency, and a willingness to learn.
