Agreement for Online Booking

If you need to cancel your appointment, please do so within 48 hours to avoid charges.

Cancellation Guidelines:

As a courtesy to our guests and technicians, appointments must be canceled 48 hours in advance or you will be charged for half the amount of the scheduled appointment.

Gratuities

Rates do not include gratuity. As always, gratuity is greatly appreciated. Gratuity can be added to your bill via credit card, or given in cash.

Product Returns

Your satisfaction is our highest concern. Therefore, you may exchange any product or receive store credit for products only, within 14 days of the original purchase. Styling tools and makeup are final sale, warranty by manufacturer.
