Meet Aveda’s Global Artistic Director for Textured Hair Tippi Shorter.

We are so excited to have such an amazing stylist take charge for Aveda on the texture side of hair. This is the first time Aveda has had a texture expert on the team. When Big names such as Rihanna, Beyonce, Jennifer Hudson, Alicia Keys, and Lady GaGa need hair help they call on Tippi. This celebrity stylist started her career in Long Beach CA, but made it big after moving to NYC where she was asked to participate in a beauty feature for Essence Magazine. She loves using “green” products like Aveda to create Healthy, Big, Sexy Hair. Some of her favorite Aveda Products are Brilliant Emollient Finishing Gloss, Control Force Hair Spray, Mens Pure-Formance Pomade and Be Curly Curl Controller.
