Kati originally hails from South Florida but became a “military brat,” which eventually led her to Jacksonville, where she attended the University of North Florida (UNF). Jacksonville has since been home for over 20 years.

Kati’s journey with Aveda began as a client, receiving her first professional haircut at an Aveda salon. She became an instant fan of the brand, and her admiration grew from there. Inspired by her experience, Kati decided to pursue her passion for hair and enrolled at the Aveda Institute of Jacksonville.

Now with 12 years of experience, Kati’s career has come full circle. She started as an assistant and has steadily worked her way up to become a master stylist, honing her craft and building a loyal clientele along the way.

Kati is absolutely obsessed with all things color, but being a Virgo, the perfectionist in her also finds immense joy in the precision of hair cutting. She thrives on the balance of creativity and meticulous technique.

A passionate advocate for education, Kati is always eager to learn. In her downtime, you’ll often find her watching hair tutorials and exploring new techniques, constantly expanding her knowledge and skills.
