John Paul’s career has taken him from behind the chair to the classroom and some of the beauty industry’s biggest stages. As a professional cosmetology educator and former Redken Regional Educator and Artist, he has spent years helping fellow beauty professionals strengthen their skills in hair color, formulation, blonding, balayage, cutting, styling, and professional development.

Today, John Paul is proud to bring his experience and passion for education to Aveda. He believes great hair begins with listening and understanding each guest’s lifestyle, goals, personality, and what makes them feel their absolute best.

John Paul specializes in dimensional color, blonding, lived-in color, gray blending, corrective color, and customized haircuts. Whether a guest is looking for a subtle refresh or a complete transformation, his goal is to create beautiful, wearable hair while maintaining its health and integrity.
