General Manager

Nicole is originally from Traverse City Michigan, a small resort town in Northern Michigan. The Cherry Capital of the world. She moved to Colorado about 11 years ago to pursue her passion for the outdoors.

Nicole currently resides in Broomfield, Colorado with her best friend Pearl, a senior Beagle.

With a strong background in retail management for the last 15 years,  Nicole began exploring different options to expand her experience and challenge herself as a manager. Her passions lie in creating a great work environment through employee satisfaction and profitability.  Nicole is loving her new path with us and constantly learning more about the salon industry and Aveda’s mission. The beauty industry inspires her and she is a huge supporter of companies that are cruelty free.

Education is very important to Nicole. She graduated college at Colorado State University’s Global Campus with a bachelor’s in human resource management with an emphasis on Organizational Development and Communications.  We are excited to have a manager with passion and extensive education in her role.

Nicole is an active volunteer with developmentally disabled, assisting high functioning adults with developmental disabilities find gainful and meaningful employment through training and workshops.
