Lauren is from Highlands Ranch, CO and moved to Boulder to attend CU. For two years she studied psychology and theatre, but decided her true calling was hair and signed up for the Aveda Institute of Denver. During school, Lauren worked at our front desk and after graduation moved her way to the back to start doing hair.

Lauren has been with Zinke for 11 years and has become a Master stylist with a very busy book. Lauren is an expert with Aveda color. For years, we had Lauren teaching our in house color classes during which, Zinke was nominated as a Top 200 Salon in the country for education. Lauren is certified in Laced extensions and loves combining her color expertise with extensions to give her guests the hair of their dreams.

When Lauren is not behind the chair, she loves spending time with her wife, cat and their son and daughter
