Abra was born in Norfolk, Nebraska, and honed her skills in the beauty industry at SOHO Hair Academy in Council Bluffs, Iowa. From a young age, she was captivated by the endless possibilities within hairstyling, particularly the way hair can reflect each person’s individuality. She loves how no two heads of hair are the same, and how this uniqueness allows her to create personalized looks that make each client feel special and confident.

Driven by a deep love for learning, Abra believes that education is a lifelong journey—especially in the ever-evolving world of cosmetology. This mindset is what led her to seek out Zinke and our renowned education program. She is excited to be part of a team that values continuous growth and development, knowing that there is always more to learn and new techniques to explore.

Although Abra is new to Aveda, she has quickly embraced the brand’s philosophy and is eager to dive deeper into Aveda’s products, techniques, and sustainable practices. With her passion for creativity and commitment to professional growth, she looks forward to expanding her skills and becoming an expert in the art of hairstyling.
