Blair has always had a passion for experimenting with her own hair, so when she drove past the Aveda Institute in Tallahassee in 2010, she had no idea it even existed—but she knew she had to check it out. Excited by what she discovered, she enrolled in the brand-new Aveda Institute in Jacksonville, becoming a student in their very first cosmetology class. It didn’t take long for Blair to realize that highlighting and precision cutting were her true passions, and she dove deep into mastering these skills.

After graduating, Blair worked in an Aveda salon for several years before feeling a strong calling to education. She returned to the Aveda Institute Jacksonville as an educator, where she spent six rewarding years helping to shape the next generation of stylists. Teaching not only fueled her love for Aveda, but it also helped Blair elevate her skills and become a true master of her craft.

Recently, Blair felt the pull to get back behind the chair, and we’re thrilled to have her join the Zinke team! Her years of experience and her expert knowledge make her a valuable asset to our salon.

When she’s not creating beautiful hair, Blair is a self-proclaimed reality TV junkie, always up to date on the latest drama. She also loves exploring new restaurants, trying out different cuisines, and adding to her growing collection of tattoos.
