Originally from St. Petersburg, Florida, Cara moved to Jacksonville after her boyfriend, who serves in the Navy, was stationed there. A lifelong lover of all things hair, she has always been drawn to the art of beauty, with a special connection to Aveda. Her love for the brand began when she had her first-ever salon experience at an Aveda salon. From that moment, she was hooked on the brand—their commitment to quality, sustainability, and the way their products and services make people feel.

Cara is currently exploring the possibility of attending the Aveda Institute to pursue a career as a professional hairstylist.
