Shayla was born and raised in Longmont, Colorado. Most of her childhood was spent busy in competitive cheerleading. With a passion for all things hair, Shayla attended beauty school at IBMC. New to Aveda, Shayla is so excited to immerse herself in the brand, lots of education and use all of the amazing products. She was drawn to Zinke for our continuing education and is so pumped to grow in her craft.

Shayla loves being a hairstylist because she is able to be a day maker, make amazing connections and knows she will never stop learning.

When she is not busy at the salon, Shayla loves to spend time with her family, especially her nieces and nephews. Working out and trying new restaurants are also things that Shayla loves.
